Corporate New Year's Eve parties combine celebration with brand presentation. Plano's corporate corridor, Frisco's Star District and Las Colinas all host big end-of-year events. Here is the AV and lighting checklist.
Visuals
An LED screen wall shows the countdown, sponsor logos and year-in-review videos. A video processor handles multiple inputs.
Audio
- Line array speakers for ballrooms
- Wireless mics for executives and emcee
- A digital mixer for live bands
Lighting
Uplighting in brand colors, moving heads over the dance floor and pin-spots on centerpieces from our lighting collection.
Midnight Effects
Cold sparks and confetti make the countdown spectacular.
Dance Floor
An LED dance floor keeps the energy high after midnight.
Technical Support
Our technicians can stay on-site to run the show.
