Lunar New Year 2027 falls on Saturday, February 6, welcoming the Year of the Goat. Families and community groups across Dallas, Plano, Richardson and Carrollton celebrate with reunion dinners, lion dances and festivals.
Reunion Dinner Seating
Round tables are traditional for reunion dinners because they symbolize unity and togetherness. Use red or gold tablecloths for good fortune.
Decor in Red and Gold
Lanterns, red envelopes and gold accents pair beautifully with red uplighting from our lighting collection.
Community Festivals
- Stage platforms for lion dance and performances
- Sound systems for drums and announcements
- Canopy tents for food and craft vendors
Photo Booth
A 360 photo booth with a red lantern backdrop makes a festive keepsake.
Book Ahead
Lunar New Year weekend is busy for stages and tents. Reserve at least four weeks ahead.
