Peak Dates
The first three Saturdays in December, Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve are the most requested dates of the year. Corporate parties fill Thursdays and Fridays.
Recommended Booking Timeline
- 8 to 10 weeks: LED dance floors, LED walls and 360 photo booths (limited inventory)
- 6 to 8 weeks: Tents and large table and chair orders
- 3 to 4 weeks: Small table and chair orders, linens
- 1 week: Final headcount changes
