Christmas Day Potluck for Large Families: Folding Table Guide

Big family potlucks are a Texas Christmas tradition. With 30 or more relatives each bringing a dish, you need plenty of table space for both food and seating.

Buffet Table Space

Plan about 2 feet of table length per dish. For 20 dishes, that is roughly 40 feet, or six to seven 6 ft tables. Divide into stations: mains, sides, desserts and drinks.
